Terms of service

These terms apply when you use GW Planner, with or without an account. They are written to be read, not skimmed; the short version: use the site fairly, projections are estimates, and Pro is a subscription you can cancel any time.

The service

GW Planner provides projected points for Fantasy Premier League players, transfer and chip planning, live score tracking and mini-league analysis. Most of it is free and needs no account. It is an independent tool: it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Premier League or any club, and it does not involve gambling, betting or real-money contests.

Accounts

You need an account only to save your team ID across devices and to buy Pro. Keep your password private and tell us if you suspect your account is being misused. One person per account; you must be at least 16 years old. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.

Pro, billing and refunds

  • Pro is sold as a monthly subscription or a season pass. Prices are shown in US dollars on the Pricing page; taxes are added at checkout where they apply.
  • Payments are handled by Polar, our merchant of record, under its own terms. We do not store card details.
  • A monthly subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account or the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • A season pass is a single payment that gives Pro access until the end of the stated Fantasy Premier League season.
  • If Pro is not what you expected, email us within 7 days of your first purchase and we will refund it. Later refunds are at our discretion, except where the law gives you more.
  • We may change prices for future periods; existing paid periods are never changed retroactively.

Projections are estimates

Every number on GW Planner is a statistical projection, not a promise. Football is uncertain, and the model is wrong by several points per player every week; our public accuracy page shows exactly how wrong. Decisions you make with the tool are yours. GW Planner is not financial, betting or professional advice of any kind.

Fair use

  • Do not scrape, bulk-download or resell the projections or other content, or access the service with automated tools beyond normal personal use.
  • Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or to access other people's accounts or data.
  • Do not share one Pro account between several people.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules; where a paid period is cut short for reasons that are not your fault, we refund the unused part.

Content and ownership

The software, models, projections and design of GW Planner belong to us. Player, club and fixture data come from the official Fantasy Premier League API and belong to their respective owners; club names are used only to identify teams. You keep ownership of anything you enter, such as your team ID, and give us permission to use it to provide the service.

Availability and liability

We aim for the site to be up around deadlines, but it is provided "as is" without warranties. Data sources we depend on can change or go down. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost mini-league rank or any damages above the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and account holders will be told of material changes before they apply. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms. Questions: hello@gwplanner.com.
